Managing stress is something that we are not always great at and it is incredibly common.

Did you know today 1 in 6 of us experiences anxiety, depression and stress?  Tension has become a constant companion in our busy lives.

Sometimes it manifests itself in a life-long habit like nail biting or an eating disorder.  It can cause memory problems and a lack of concentration, even aches and pains.  Kinesiology is designed to help with that.
